That bedspread is really pretty. Although it is not my style as I prefer Victorian/Colonial designs, I do like the design and colors in it. It has an Oriental flair. Don't paint your bedroom walls red - it might cause insomnia. Red is a very energizing color and not best for the bedroom. It's more of a living room color in my opinion. Really, the red in the bedspread is all the red you'll want in a bedroom, so I would try to use other accessories that are more relaxing for balance and symmetry. You can still use small red accents in the room, but I would try to minimize them. I would paint the walls cream, get 2 black bamboo nightstands and add a large Asian vase filled with silk cherry blossom stems. On the walls you could add some pretty Asian fans or put a black asian folding screen as sort of a headboard for the bed.
Try the colors

Fireworks or Stop for two walls

and

Koral Kicks or Quaint Peche for the other two

alternating walls. I would say either red or black curtains with flower/ tree or red wall hangings such as this clock

Good Luck ;)
Maybe a cream color for the walls? or a red that matches the flowers, but that might be a little too bright for a bedroom. I think that if you paint the walls cream, you should get red curtains, and red walls-cream curtains.
would make i wall red and the rest white and maybe on the white walls red flowers matching the bed, red curtains with white on top
I would paint it the beige color of the bedding...then i would put black shelving in the room with red vases, and accessories....
I would try to pick up the highlights on the flowers in the wall color. I'd pick something like peach crayon, tropical coral or true peach (all from Glidden). Wait until you get the bedding, then try to make the highlights to a paint chip.

For curtains, I would go with a natural shade like the background of the bedding.

The bedding has colors that remind me of a sunset, so I like the idea of frame 3-4 posters of sunsets in frames that match your furinture and that have white mats. Try to get them the same size so they look uniform. Ideas:
