Removing acrylic paint from the walls?

my nephew 8 and his little friend 7 did ';art'; on the walls of our building. The landlord is not at all pleased and has asked us to pay$400 to remove the vandalism or 3 days to move out of the premises.....

So, since those aint real choices for us....HOW DO WE GET REID OF ACRYLIC PAINT???Removing acrylic paint from the walls?
Unless they painted on the walls really thickly then I would just paint over it. If they did paint on the walls thickly then if it hasn't been up long you can try removing it with hot hot water and a plastic knife or scraper. Acrlyic pain is plastic based so when it gets warm and wet it gets gooey like tough gum.Removing acrylic paint from the walls?
Buy some inexpensive latex paint and paint over it..
