What colour would I paint my walls with this comfortor?

I don't want white walls but my mom says that it would be too much (not money, too much going on in the room.. like too busy) if I paint it one of the colours in the polka dots.. so what do you think?

When I looked at that all I could think of was the theme song they play when the clowns come out at Barnum and Bailey.

You know ';doot doot tu ru ru tu ru ru';.

Doesn't your mind scream looking at that comforter?

Paint the walls something dull like brown or golden rod, to quiet down that infernal shouting. What colour would I paint my walls with this comfortor?
Blargh! Don't do polka dots on your walls, that is just heinous. Way too many polka dots, it will look like a clown room. I would say go for another solid, bright color. Perhaps a light red, or maybe even lavender. Keep in mind that you won't have that same comforter forever, so get something that works with a lot of things.
Paint your walls blue.

It will look great!
that's cute. Personally I would match the paint with the green shade as it is the most subdued, or my second choice would be the blue. The pink would be way too over-powering!
OMG I'm laughing because I have that exact ( I mean exact) bedspread. My room is light blue, but I was also considering lime green. Even light pink would look nice. Listen to your mom though, polka dots on the wall would be too ';busy';.

I highly reccommend picking up the accent of the light blue polka dot. The atmosphere in my room is calm, but also bubbly and joyful. It's extremely hard to feel too sad in here; I can't even frown or cry without smiling or laughing soon afterwords!

However, I would never think of using white, but it could look crisp and clean and would really make the polka dots POP! I read about this girl who had an entirely white room, which made it very easy to keep in clean and allowed her to focus. She had a couple of purple accents, which popped and kept things interesting. So maybe you should try white? You could always paint over white very easily if you didn't like it.
Well definitely go for one of the colours in the comforter set. If you want to tone down the room, go for the green. You may even be able to pull off a lighter shade of the green. Just don't do the pink. Your room would go crazy. If you want to do white, make sure you have some matching decor on the walls. When doing a white wall, imperfection is brutally scrutinized. All of your accessories would have to fit perfectly. So be careful. It's all or nothing when it comes to decor.
White would be awesome with a top border of strips. Example: purple, space of white, green, space of white, blue, space of white, etc.
You could try a lighter shade of one of the colors like light pink.
It's adorable! It won't be too much! Just paint your walls white then go online and buy some of those sticker polka-dots that go on walls and i know it sound like it is ..but it isn't tacky its really cute my friend has them and her walls are painted white..i looooovvvvvvveeeeeee her room too!!!! Just google those and you can get one color or multi-color!!! But they are like 50 dollars so if you are on a budget you might not be able to get them!
I would have 3 walls white and one wall turquoise. That way you do not feel like you are drowning in the color.

Personally I would have the turquoise on a wall that had a window or the door. This helps break up the color and keeps it from being overbearing.
Do something bright like it, like bright yellow or orange. Or chose your favorite of those colors, like the blue or pink.
white
blue the same color blue on the comforter
ok OMG this is soooooo CRAZZZYYY i have the same comforter and my name is Erin, thats carzy, but anyway I had a dark blue room but then i got that set and painted my room what i did was paint to walls white with polkadots and the other two walls are black but i think i might either paint them white or the blue color that is in the comforter.

Hope that helps :)

i have a comforter like that too, its polka dot. your mom is right, there will be too much if you do polka dots. try the color on the comforter that you like most, or that shows up the most, like hot pink. it will bring out the colors better. polka dots would probably get annoying after a while!
Light green or rasberry would look great! Don't do polka dots... that would be overkill!
well try a light peachy color that bed set iss cute!!
I personally would choose a color to match the turquoise. It is a pretty color and will not be as ';shocking'; on the wall as some of the other colors.

If you don't want to do it exactly that color, do it in a lighter shade of that color.

Here's a link to your website that shows the bed with a turquoise comforter. You can see that it is not ';shocking'; and looks really pretty with the rest of the dots.

I think the set is adorable. And even if you have white walls you can still bring in a bunch of accents (curtains, rugs, pictures) that will go with the bedspread. Happy decorating!!!
if your mom thinks it would be to much try for the pink or blue ... they seem to be the calmest of the colors ... it shouldn't be to much .... in my opinion. at least it will match :]
Maybe hot pink walls with white trim,

or vice versa.

Solid walls look bests, no polka dots or anything.

Trust me you'll get sick of them soon.
I'd paint it a pale to med. turquoise.
idk but its color* not colour
If I have to say I love polka dotes! They are my favorite but though I am not sure about covering my walls with polka dotes. But if you like it then go with your first expression! I have to admit that polka doted comforter looks very nice! To color my room in polka dotes I would pick the green and blue I am NOT a big fan of pink. Personally my room is green and I love it so much and my brothers room is blues it is real cool!:)%26gt;-
what about a vanilla colour?
if you paint it a lighter shade of a color on the comforter (the blue?) you could avoid it being too busy and it would still go together.
The comforter is very colorful! So many possibilities but I would pick one main color, maybe the blue and go a couple shades lighter . You could do this on one wall or go halfway up or freehand artwork on a wall. How about smaller polka dots to match from the floor to part way up the wall, put a chair railing to separate, then paint the rest white? Cut out pics and frame them to go with your comforter or or something close. A rainbow that has all the colors would be cute too. Accessorize with pillows, small pieces of carpet and knick knacks. Have fun! You may want to try to draw it out first to get a better idea. Imagination!
Maybe a blue like in the comforter or a pink.

I agree, white would be so boring,
hmm, i think the safest thing to do would be to paint an accent wall. just one or maybe two of the adjacent walls a nice bright color, perhaps the walls that the bed is against.
I think u should do tht purple color, tht's in ur comforter.
i would go with sage green.
reminds me of a circus.
