Should the ceiling be painted first or the walls in a room?

Does it matter?Should the ceiling be painted first or the walls in a room?
definitely the ceiling!!!!Should the ceiling be painted first or the walls in a room?
do the ceiling first, then when you do the walls you can cut in the paint where the ceiling and wall meet easier. I use one of those rollers with a partial cover over it to reduce splattering on me when doing the ceiling.
You always do the ceiling first. The thing I don't like is when the paint runs down your arm and into your armpit and elsewhere so wear a long sleeved shirt. I learned the hard way.
Always the cieling first

To eliminate drips on you and floor, hold the roller away from you instead of right above you
walls first. then if it splatters on the floor you can wipe it up then paint the floor.
Always the ceiling. If you paint that last you will mess up your freshly painted walls. Yep, it matters.
ceiling
ceiling for sure, so you don't drip on walls
celling i once made that mistake :)
