I have 2 walls in my family room with sage couches L-shaped against them what color do I paint the walls?

I WAS THINKING OF A DARKER OR LIGHTER SAGE OR SOMETHING FROM THE RED FAMILY OR JUST THE BASIC CREME/BROWNS? I CANNOT FIGURE IT OUT. HELP ME PLEASE.....I have 2 walls in my family room with sage couches L-shaped against them what color do I paint the walls?
A nice gold color would work well, and you could bring red in as an accent in pillows, a throw, vase, artwork. Something like Sherwin Williams Blonde. You could also go with a light brown for that earth tone look; it really depends on what type of mood you are going for in the room. The golden yellow color will keep it bright and light, though.I have 2 walls in my family room with sage couches L-shaped against them what color do I paint the walls?
stay away from dark colors, they well box you in,with seeing the room, you may want to think about ';spongeing it';,that way you can get the colors you want in and still get a good mix and blend.do not use yellow,it well give the room a cave feeling, try to stay with your earth tones,a light red, cream and maybe a light brown or tan.
i think i would stay away from any more green....how about a suede color...or eggplant would be beautiful
