Alright assuming your either moving or your little sister is.
When choosing a color its best to use a color wheel. It seems your going to see what goes with the purple and pink tones. Either go with the colors to either side, or go directly opposite the color. Also go with lighter tones or pastels, even if you like bright colors, a neutral beige is nice choice. Bright tones tend to make a room look smaller. Also go to any place that sells inside house paint and bring home samples. Place one that might be catching your eye and tape it to your wall, then against your floor, and your door. Check to see if you really want that color. It might look good on a wall but your carpeting or wood floors might change the hue a bit, and not work as well as you'd like (painted a bedroom and a bathroom with the same paint and in the bedroom with dark wood it looks more purplish, and in the bathroom with bisque fixtures and gold knobs it looks pink). Also if you can get a paint with a built in primer, it will cover any old paint colors. You can always add highlights and touches of other colors to suit your needs. At some home improvement stores they have textured rollers and such that you could apply 2 colors at once, but I'd stick with similar colors such as a cream and perhaps a peach. To drastic a mix and you would wind up with grey brown walls. Perhaps check to see if they have a class to two, that can help alot.Getting My Own Room When I Move, What Color Should I Paint The Walls If...?
Stick with a very light baby blue.
Keep the walls kinda neutral... because you already have a lot of color going on. Which is great but if you don't have some type of neutral color to bring it all together you will get the feeling that the room is sceaming at you.
