I'm assuming you're renting and your landlord won't let you paint?
Blik.com sells cool and affordable wall stickers that you can peel off and reuse when you move.Any ideas for white walls that I cannot paint?
I'm wondering why you cannot paint the walls. I built a house for a customer who did not want the walls painted in his new house. However because of the construction work there were marks and smudges on the walls when we finished. We were able to clean the walls quite well using pencil erasers. What worked best is called ';gum rubber';, it is very soft and cleans without leaving any residue.Any ideas for white walls that I cannot paint?
Big pictures, shelves, book cases...
Put up frames, design it with a floral arrangement like leaves with tiny lillies or sumthin- DO SUMTHIN, DONT LEAVE THE WALLS WHITE.
Try using primer. Primer will cover up anything before you start painting the walls. You can locate primer from lowe's, home depot, sears or walmart.
you could try wallpaper?
lots of color in framed pictures and wall hangings and maybe shelves with plants or an interesting collection of something
-Get lots of coloful pictures /frames.
- Add colored curtains to all windows
- Tack a boarder around. Use small tacks that will blend in w/ the design- then you can take down when you need to
Cover the walls in fabric
rather than trying to cover it, how about trying to work with it. Decorate using a black, white and red theme. Use graphics prints in those colors ie. red pillows, red throws, zebra print rug...you get the idea.
A large tapestry with a decorative rod would add pop. Try JCPenny . They have a variety of tapestries sold with the rod and are very affordable (for tapestries).
