Does anybody know what color I should paint my walls?

I am doing a Paris/London/Rome theme





There will be alot of paintings, and I have a blue/brown sheet theme


I was orignally thinking about a soft brown, but if you have any objections or different color options, feel free to NICELY give me suggestions:)





I'm also open to painting designs and/or boarders:)Does anybody know what color I should paint my walls?
A Parisian house, especially with paintings, typically have a bright, but light color room. When you suggest that there will be a lot of paintings, I actually almost instantly started imagining a room with a light mocha wall (so yes, your color choice would work very well.) Depending on your budget, you can decorate it with ceiling lights and floor lamps, and place the accent on the picture frame.





A blue bed sheet would also compliment a white color wall.

pale blue or pale green. use a white wainscot strip about 30 inches off the floor and a wall paper between it and the floor. a flower or greenery design on the paper.
