Do bhutanese people realy paint there penises on the walls of there houses if they do why do they do that?

Do they just paint a picture, or do they actually lay it on the side of the house and paint it? It would seem easier to lays it on the kitchen table. Though, in retrospect, there may be some health issues there.Do bhutanese people realy paint there penises on the walls of there houses if they do why do they do that?
I don't know about the Bhutanese people, but I do know that the ancient Pompeians (from Pompeii, the Italian city decimated by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius) had images of penises all over the city! Perhaps they did it (or do it in your case) as a sign of fertility, or maybe they believed it would *increase* or promote fertility. I don't know, I'm just venturing guesses here!
